Welcome to BodyInUnity — an experience fostering unity: between mind and body; between you and Jesus; among the Body of Christ. BodyInUnity transforms exercise into a time of praise, worship, prayer and meditation; attending to mind, body and spirit. We move to music with gratitude for what we are able to do today, and offer our bodies as living sacrifices in service to God.
Our classes (see dates and times below) are primarily movements and postures from fitness yoga, but also include techniques inspired by Tai Chi and Contrology (better known as Pilates). Breath is paramount, inviting the Holy Spirit into each moment, while letting go of physical, mental and spiritual toxins.
