BodyInUnity Yoga was founded in 2002. It is has taken many forms including a 501(c)(3) non-profit, a Yoga Studio, and a Silent Retreat Provider.
BodyInUnity is now based in Salt Springs FL, at Prana Paths, a Restorative Retreat Sanctuary in a growing Food Forest, offering Private Overnight Retreats, Small Group Experiences and Group Day Retreats.

Kristen Ashe Johnson, Founder and teacher of the BodyInUnity Yoga School has 39 years of experience in anatomy and teaching functional movement, and 25 years of experience integrating that with the study and teaching of Yoga. Kristen is passionate about creating community and support, facilitating safe protected spaces for groups to share honestly. She is a teacher/coach/mentor for students & teachers who are humbly committed to personal growth and development through the study of yoga. She believes that yoga precepts, philosophy and practice can complement and enhance each student’s personal faith journey.
Yoga practiced with intention, mindfulness and meditation is helpful as a complementary treatment for: back & shoulder pain, chronic pain, sciatica, depression and anxiety, PTSD, arthritis, addiction, auto-immune disorders, obesity, diabetes, insomnia, digestive disorders.*
